About Me

"Serving through every step"

In this tagline I look to communicate that I am driven in my work by helping others. I feel fulfilled in my work when I see that it is serving a greater purpose than myself. My core values that guide my thoughts and actions are kindness, faith, commitment, truth, and health. I aspire to put my talents and values into action through a career in non-profit administration. I am specifically interested in working at a Christian university or church in the areas of administration, admissions, and campus engagement. In all, I seek to work as if working for the Lord.

Education

I am a recent graduate of the Biola University Crowell School of Business! My emphasis was in international business, while also having two minors in biblical studies and Spanish, which helped me to expand my knowledge to different areas. I achieved a 4.0 GPA and was on the Dean's List for all of the five semesters I completed at Biola. Upon graduation I was also inducted into the Sigma Delta Pi Honor Society. Some of my favorite classes included Foundations of Christian Thought, Business Analytics, Advanced Spanish Communication, and World Geography. I enjoyed my academic years in college, and I continue to be a lifelong learner even after university!

What can I contribute?

I am dedicated, focused, and have excellent time management skills. I am dependable as I complete my assignments on time and to the best of my ability. I am a team player and have a positive attitude as I want to see everyone succeed. In addition to my business education, I have studied Spanish and biblical studies. I speak Spanish fluently, and would love to speak Spanish in the workplace. My biblical studies minor better prepares me for a career in a Christian setting. My administration & admissions internship in Summer 2024 gave me experience handling paperwork, planning, and website design in an office setting. I also have experience working with children, which has taught me communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. One of my favorite volunteer experiences was as a new student orientation Leader, as I developed leadership and people skills. (More work and volunteer experiences under "experience" tab)
